Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Available for all order values
  • Includes tracking

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote regions in Asia and other areas may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every purchase to be perfect for your little adventurer. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not present at delivery

Step-by-Step Return Process

2. Receive Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.

3. Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, including all tags.

4. Ship Your Return

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. International customers should mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
